He has also been on the sub list for the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra since 2022. Colt’s percussion mentors are Dr. Brian Baldauff, Marisol Kuborn, and Ryan Korb. He has studied conducting with Dr. Andres Moran, Dr. John Lynch, and has apprentice directed jazz ensemble with Mathew Buchman. His music educational mentors are Dr. Rachel Brashier and Dr. Patrick Lawrence from University of Wisconsin — Stevens Point where he will graduate from in Spring 2024.
Colt has Music Education experience in the public schools of Central Wisconsin and West De Pere. He has served at private institutions and programs like Caravel Autism Health, The Central Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Appleton, and the Academy Appleton.
When Colt is not playing or teaching, he enjoys adventuring to new places, listening to new music, and meeting new people.
